一、产品特征

       本产品是将膨体聚四氟乙烯（e-PTFE）微孔滤膜用特殊工艺复合在各种基材上，覆合后的滤料既保持聚四氟乙烯所固有的高化学稳定性、低摩擦系数、耐高低温、防老化等，能抵挡微小颗粒，又有一般覆膜滤料的透气性、防水性等特性。是一种新型的“会呼吸的滤膜滤料”。本品具有：透气量大、阻力低、过滤效率好、容尘量大、粉尘剥离率高，是除菌、除尘的理想滤料。广泛应用到水泥、冶金、食品、涂装、石化塑料等工业领域烟气和粉尘颗粒的治理和回收。

       Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (e-PTFE) microporous membrane was compounded with special technology on various substrates. The composite filter material not only maintained the inherent high chemical stability, low friction coefficient, resistance to high and low temperatures, anti-aging and so on, but also could resist micro-particles, and had the incomparable permeability and waterproof properties of ordinary membrane-coated filter material. It is a new type of "breathable membrane filter material".

Application: Treatment and recovery of flue gas and dust particles in cement, metallurgy, food, painting, Petrochemical plastics and other industrial fields.
